At The Bespoke House, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Time Frame: You can return items within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

    • Custom or personalized items

Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 3 to 7  days. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at thebespokehouse@icloud.com or +91 91155-00035. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of equal value.

4. Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Timelines: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error caused by BespokeHouse.
